TJ Kelly and Kerosine combines a unique blend of alternative and southern rock while creating a sound most closely related to modern pop. With influences from Matchbox Twenty to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, the band proved to be the area’s premier breakthrough act in 2007.
TJ’s passionate lyrics and the band’s high energy establish an immediate connection with their audience. It’s evident in their live performances that their early accomplishments were spawned by intelligent songwriting with a knack for great pop sensibility.
TJ Kelly and Kerosine has performed with some of the most influential artists in the industry. The band has shared the stage with Ziggy Marley, The Neville Brothers, Eddie Money, Robyn Zander (Cheap Trick), Joe Lynn Turner (Deep Purple), Mark Farner (Grand Funk Railroad), Buck Darma (Blue Oyster Cult) and Legendary Rockers Brian Johnson and Cliff Williams (AC/DC) The band is currently finishing their self titled EP “TJ Kelly and Kerosine” produced by Williams, Steve Loungo (Mountain, The John Entwistle Band) and Arnie Wohl.
