In the beginning, Cadence Wednesday played in coffee shops and ice cream parlors, and was happy to showcase their music for anyone who would listen. Today, the band has emerged as one of the most sought after in the Ft Myers area frequently playing clubs from the River District to Ft Myers Beach and beyond. Inspired by bands such as Fuel and Incubus, this four-piece attributes its success to hard work, dedication and a shared love affair with today's alt-rock sound.
In 2006, Cadence Wednesday finished recording a seven song E.P.entitled "Break Your Pride" which has been praised by producers, club owners & musicians in the local scene. Cadence Wednesday played to thousands on New Year’s Eve in 2007 & 2008 in downtown Fort Myers and continues to build on their solid fan-base each time they play.
